Former Temple University men’s basketball guard Shizz Alston Jr. will participate in the 2019 NBA Summer League with the Indiana Pacers this July.

The 6-foot-4 guard joins the Pacers Summer League team after going undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft on Thursday. Alston worked out with the Pacers, along with six other teams, during the pre-draft process.

Alston finished his four-year Temple career with the 13th-most points, eighth-most assists and fifth-most 3-point makes in the school’s history. The Owls earned a berth in the NCAA Tournament last season behind Alston’s 19.7 points per game, which led the conference.

Alston and the Pacers will play in the Summer League from July 5-15 in Las Vegas. The NBA will announce the Summer League games and broadcast schedule later this month.
