If you’re a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then there’s a trailer, or lack there of, that you may know has been making waves online.

This past Wednesday marked the third day of the expected release of Avengers 4 as well as the anniversary of the “Avengers: Infinity War” trailer. The Directors, the Russo Brothers, held a press meeting on that day. However, the meeting came to pass with no results and a lot of questions on the trailer drop date, or even the name of the film.

At this point, we can only hope we get a trailer this month, and before the turn of the New Year. According to the Web-based news source, Screen Geek, sources claim the Avengers 4 trailer will release this Monday night (December 3rd) during the Monday Night Football game on ESPN which just so happens to be a channel also owned by the same parent company as the Marvel movie franchise.

Sources also state possible rumored titles such as “Avengers: Annihilation”, “Avengers: Infinity Gauntlet”, or “Avengers: End Game”. However, without confirmation, it’s hard to say if this is fact or fiction.

It is also worth commenting that December could give a first trailer for a different Marvel movie entirely, as we’ve yet to get one for a film with an even earlier release than that of Avengers 4.

Screen Geek also highlighted the potential release of a trailer for Captain Marvel on Good Morning America this Wednesday.

Set to release March 8th, 2019, it features Brie Larson in the titular role and is set 1995, more than two decades before the events of the upcoming untitled Avengers movie.

It is unclear right now if either trailer will appear this week, but it seems like progress is being made. Hopefully, fans will receive an early holiday present sooner rather than later.
