Firefly Music Festival 2014 Already Being Planned, Dates Set

Deep in the heart of Dover, Delaware’s racetrack comes one of the biggest festivals in American history. The Firefly Music Festival is a music festival produced by Red Frog Events, that was first held on July 20–22, 2012, in Dover Delaware, and was held again on June 21–23, 2013. The festival takes place at the Dover International Speedway on an 87-acre festival ground, over the span of three days. 2013’s  headliners consisted of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Petty, Calvin Harris, and Foster the People. The festival has over seven different options for the three day festival when it comes to housing, camping, RVs, and many other activities during the festival in the three day span. Ticket prices range from 198 dollars to 1300 dollars for the festival. This past year it was said to gross over $300 million for the state of Delaware and is being called the Woodstock of 2013. This years festival will take place June 20-22nd of July of 2014. No headliners or schedules have been announced yet but we will keep you more up to date as the event gets closer!
