Erica Smith – PR:HR Director

Erica Smith is a senior human resources management major at Temple’s Fox School of Business. She is originally from the village of Thornton, Pennsylvania but attended high school in West Chester. Smith came to WHIP by way of an on-air competition in 2012 and has been a co-host on a couple of shows ever since. As head of HR/PR of the station, she has worked for numerous businesses in HR and Sales/Marketing related internships.
